Refund Policy

Applies to all goods sold and services provided by Safe Playgrounds

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

• Many of our products are custom designed or ordered to specification.
• These items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

2. Reporting Defects

• Inspect all goods upon delivery/installation.
• Defects or incorrect items must be reported to [insert email] within 7 days with photographic evidence.

3. Refunds & Replacements

• We will assess reported defects promptly.
• If a refund is approved (in accordance with Australian Consumer Law), it will be credited in the original payment method.
• Replacement products may be provided at our discretion.

4. Restocking & Fees

Returns may incur reasonable restocking or handling fees unless the return is product-fault related.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty or does not match description.
