3. Ordering & Payment

• Orders require written confirmation and agreed payment terms.
• Deposits and final payments will be set out in your quote.
• Ownership of goods remains with Safe Playgrounds until full payment is received.

4. Site Access and Installation

• Clients must ensure site readiness and access for installation.
• Delays caused by restricted access or unforeseen conditions may incur additional costs.

5. Safety & Compliance

Equipment is supplied to comply with relevant Australian Standards; however ongoing compliance remains the client’s responsibility.

6. Warranties

Supplier warranties apply. Misuse, neglect, vandalism, or environmental damage may void warranty coverage.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable.
• Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with evidence.
• Refunds will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and this site’s Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, brands, images, designs and text on the Site are owned by Safe Playgrounds. You must not reuse them without permission.
